We keep this simple on purpose. If anything here is unclear, just reach out and we will explain it.

Information We Collect

Information you give us directly

When you request a free estimate, fill out a contact form, call us, text us, or email us, you may share:

  • Your name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Property or service address
  • The type of service you need, such as landscaping, land clearing, hardscaping, tree work, grading, or seasonal cleanup and snow removal
  • Photos, project details, or notes you choose to send us
  • Any other details you include in your message

Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, some information is collected automatically by our website and analytics tools:

  • IP address and general location, such as city or region
  • Browser type and device type
  • Pages you viewed and how long you stayed
  • The website or ad that referred you to us
  • Date and time of your visit

We do not collect payment card details through this website. Payments are handled directly between you and our team.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your estimate request or question
  • Schedule site visits, quotes, and services
  • Communicate with you about your project, appointments, and follow ups
  • Send service updates, seasonal reminders, or promotions if you have asked to receive them
  • Improve our website, service pages, and customer experience
  • Understand which pages and ads bring customers to us
  • Keep records for accounting, warranty, and legal purposes
  • Prevent spam, fraud, and misuse of our forms

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to help the site work properly and to understand how visitors use it.

The tools we may use include:

  • Google Analytics to measure website traffic and page performance
  • Google Ads and Google conversion tracking to measure the results of our advertising and, in some cases, to show relevant ads to people who have visited our site
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure ad performance and show relevant ads on Meta platforms
  • Essential cookies that keep forms, security features, and site settings working

These third party tools may set their own cookies and collect information under their own privacy policies. You can review how they handle data here:

Your choices

  • Manage Google ad personalization: https://myadcenter.google.com
  • Opt out of Google Analytics: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
  • Manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings
  • Block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time
  • Most browsers offer a Do Not Track setting. Because there is still no common industry standard for responding to it, our site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

Turning off cookies may affect how some parts of the site function.

Text Messages and Phone Calls

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your estimate, appointment, or project.

We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages from us, or reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of marketing texts does not stop us from contacting you about an active job or scheduled appointment.

How We Share Information

We only share information when it is needed to run our business or when the law requires it. That may include:

  • Service providers who help us operate, such as our website host, form and email providers, scheduling or CRM software, and analytics and advertising platforms
  • Subcontractors or crew members who need the job address and project details to complete your service
  • Professional advisors such as our accountant or attorney
  • Legal and safety reasons, when we are required to respond to a lawful request, protect our rights, or prevent harm
  • Business transfer, if the business is ever sold or reorganized, in which case your information may transfer as part of that transaction

Everyone we work with is expected to protect your information and use it only for the purpose we hired them for.

Reviews, Photos, and Job Site Content

We often photograph completed projects for our website, portfolio, and social media. These photos focus on the property work itself, not on people, and we do not publish full street addresses without permission. If your property appears in our photos and you would prefer we remove it, email us and we will take it down.

If you leave us a public review on Google, Facebook, or another platform, that review is public and governed by that platform’s own terms.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep customer and estimate information only as long as we need it:

  • Estimate requests that do not become jobs are typically kept for up to two years
  • Completed job records are kept longer for warranty, tax, and legal reasons, generally up to seven years
  • Website analytics data is retained according to the settings of the analytics platform

When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove identifying details.

How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including secure hosting, encrypted connections (HTTPS), limited access to customer records, and password protected accounts. No website or system can promise perfect security, but we take this seriously and act quickly if a problem comes up.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you
  • Request a copy of that information
  • Correct information that is wrong
  • Ask us to delete your information
  • Opt out of marketing emails, calls, or texts
  • Opt out of targeted advertising
  • Ask us not to sell or share your information, which we already do not do

Maryland residents have rights under the Maryland Online Data Privacy Act. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and other state residents may have similar rights under their state laws.

To make a request, email us at info@anytymeoutdoor.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will respond within the time frame required by law, usually within 45 days.
